Vanessa is the General Manager - Operations, for WCD and is responsible for the business performance, customer management and the delivery of services across all practice teams. Vanessa enjoys the challenges of leadership and provides visions and strategy to support the business and the senior management team. Vanessa has been with WCD since establishment in 1999 and has been integral in the success and development of the business. With a wealth of experience in the workers’ compensation industry and management consulting, Vanessa works with customers to tailor solutions to complex claims and injury management matters. In addition Vanessa is experienced in utilising our performance profiling mechanisms to assist organisations improve their workers' compensation performance. Prior to joining WCD, Vanessa gained invaluable experience working with NSW insurers/agents in account management, marketing and claims management. It was at this time that Vanessa completed her studies in Business Management with Deakin University.
