Kristine is the General Manager - Operations, for WCD. Prior to joining WCD she has held senior management positions, working in risk and injury management, strategy development and project implementation. Her experience has developed a sound understanding of the insurance market, human resource management, industrial relations and the drivers of best practice. She is currently working with organisations in solving Workforce Management issues related to their Ageing Workforce, this is a personal area of interest.
